Michele Zaza

Michele Zaza is a prominent figure in both the Italian and international contemporary art scene. Born in Molfetta in 1948, he masterfully blends photography, painting, and installation, exploring existential and spiritual themes through a powerful and immediate visual language. Since the 1970s, Zaza has continuously redefined the boundaries between reality and representation, creating works that invite reflection on identity, memory, and the relationship between humanity and the universe.

His works are part of major institutional collections, including the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo, and MAMbo in Bologna.
