These general conditions of sale apply to the sale of products advertised on the same site and, to the same, the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (consumer code) apply and, in particular, those of Section II, Part II, Title III (distance contracts) by:

2. Purchase order and completion of the contract
To conclude the purchase contract, it will be sufficient to complete the purchase process reported on the site itself.
Alternatively, the contract can also be concluded via telephone, email or WhatsApp.
In any case, the purchase contract is considered to be perfected only when payment for the purchased product is received.
Once the contract is concluded, the seller takes charge of the order for its fulfillment.

4. Purchase methods
The purchase of products on sale on the triumgallery.store website is made at the indicated price, to be confirmed at the time of order confirmation, in addition to shipping costs. Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of each product or service selected, the total cost and shipping costs will be summarized.
For newsletter subscribers there is a discount on the price of the purchased product equal to 5%, excluding shipping costs.
5. Prices and payment
Payment for the price of the products and shipping costs must be made according to the methods chosen during the order phase: bank transfer, PayPal, cash (within the limits permitted by current legislation), payment cards.
The prices indicated on the site include VAT and do not include shipping costs, nor any customs duties or import taxes, which will be borne by the buyer. Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which a confirmation has already occurred.

Trium Gallery SRL ships to Italy, the European Union and the rest of the world within 2-4 working days from receipt of payment.
The delivery of the products will be carried out using the following methods, at the customer's choice:

Any customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Trium Gallery SRL is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by customs clearance operations or other customs formalities.
8. Withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to info@triumgallery.com expressing this intention.
The customer assumes the cost and risk of return shipping. The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
9. Limited liability
Trium Gallery SRL will not be liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, strikes, natural disasters, customs restrictions or interruptions in transportation services.
Furthermore, Trium Gallery SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or opportunities, arising from the purchase or use of products sold through the site.
10. Intellectual Property
The purchase of a work of art does not grant the buyer any right to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the work itself, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the artist and Trium Gallery SRL.
11. Product Warranty
Trium Gallery SRL guarantees that all works of art offered for sale are original. Any dispute regarding the quality of the purchased work will be handled in accordance with current regulations and specific agreements established at the time of sale.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between the customer and Trium Gallery SRL, amicable resolution of the dispute is encouraged. Alternatively, it is possible to resort to legal action before the competent Court of Monza, exclusively, as established by current legislation.
