Un benvenuto a Gianmaria De Luca

Trium Art Gallery welcomes Gianmaria De Luca

We are pleased to announce the inclusion of Gianmaria De Luca (born Rome, 1988) among the artists represented by Trium Art Gallery.

With a practice that spans photography, painting, and installation, De Luca stands out for his radical yet poetic approach to the image. Central to his investigation is the transformation of space into a visual instrument: using the camera obscura, he turns historic buildings into living optical devices, revealing images shaped by time and light.

His landmark project, “Rome: Camera Obscura,” realized in collaboration with iconic locations in the capital, captured both public and critical attention, establishing De Luca as one of the most authentic and original new voices in the Italian art scene. These works are sensitive traces of a vision constructed slowly, without digital post-production, balancing ancient technique and contemporary experience.

De Luca’s artistic journey has been enriched by significant international residencies and exhibitions across Italy, Switzerland, Northern Ireland, Georgia, and Australia. He has shown in both institutional and independent venues and received strong acclaim from cultural and art publications.
